Here’s another pretty album for your Thursday morning. Taylor’s mom chose our shimmery Graphite Mineral material (one of my favorites!) for her parent album from the wedding. And these lay-flat pages are awesome. These albums are perfect for family photos, baby’s first year, or senior photos too!
I thought I’d share a few albums with you this morning for something a little fun and different. First up is Kristin and Jeff’s Storybook Album. They chose a Classic Black leather with a full strip metal photo on the cover. The clean lines and simple design of this album make it timelessly beautiful.
I won’t have any new shoots to show you until later this week, so I thought I’d post a little something pretty to look at in the mean time! This album came in around Christmas (as you can see from the tree in the background), but I hadn’t yet blogged it. Taylor and Landon’s Storybook Album had a metal frame around the cover photo and was finished in our Matte Black Leather. Classic and beautiful.
Also…extra prayers for this family right now would be amazing! Taylor’s little brother Grant (whose senior photos I took last fall) is in the hospital after a major skiing accident.
Showcasing some more fun products during this slower season. Lindsey and Justin got a fun Posh Album (cover is half photo, half material or leather) in our Gold Mineral. I hadn’t ordered an album with this before and, um, LOVE. I’m a big fan of gold lately, and this fit perfectly with the feel of their Christmas wedding.
I wanted to show a little product love today. Did you know that every bride and groom get a super fancy custom disc and case with their images on it from their wedding? I love these cases and am hesitant to switch to USB drives or digital downloads because I just think these are drool-worthy!
I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving! I just had to show you all the beautiful Storybook Album I recently got in for Sarah and Eddie. I’ve never done a cover like this before and it turned out so great. They chose a white Arctic leather for the cover of their 10×10 album, as well as a giant photo, printed on metal. So modern and so classic at the same time.
I used to design a lot of these custom photo books for seniors and families, and in the recent years I haven’t done as many. I believe it’s because I no longer do consultations before their sessions…because if you all SAW these books in person, you would totally want one! These are such a cool way to display your favorite photos from your session. Just think: a fun, custom-designed photo album to lay on your coffee table that will show off your beautiful senior or family to all your friends! Here are some layouts from the album I recently designed for Jessanna, starting with her simple yet gorgeous cover.
Bethany & Phillip chose Midnight for their cover material which is black with a linen-textured finish. Classic but with a little something extra. I love the close-up of their hands that they chose for the photo on the cover too. This album just feels so timeless!
Ashley just picked up her album, so now I can show you all the awesomeness! Ashley chose the Chestnut leather for her cover with a metal photo on the front. Love love. So pretty and classic for years to come.
