Headshots {Heartspring}

Did you know that here at GDP, I also take headshots in addition to weddings and portraits? My headshots package includes:

*20 minute headshot session

*5 high resolution digital images

…for just $125!

I have a small studio available, but as with most situations, I’m a bigger fan of taking these outside. The lovely Tessa, Cristy, and Dusty braved some frigid 30-degree temps last week so that we could get some nice headshots for their work at Heartspring.

Spring Sessions Are Nearly Full!

Are you thinking of having your family photos taken this spring? I know we’re not inclined to think that far ahead during these cool winter months. BUT I wanted to let you know that due to my upcoming maternity leave and limited schedule when I come back to work, spring photo sessions are nearly full!

April is full and May is nearly full…there are just a few May sessions left towards the end of the month.

As a reminder, I will only be taking a handful of sessions per month after our new son arrives in order to maximize time with my family. But I still really really want to take your photos! So please schedule your session ASAP to insure you get a spot, and please be flexible with me since my schedule tends to be a bit crazy.

And a big thanks to you all for letting me into your lives time and time again. I love capturing your memories and hope I can continue to for years and years to come!

Madeline {Headshots}

Meet my beautiful niece, Madeline. She’s headed off to Princeton this year (yes, THAT Princeton) and she needed some headshots for auditions and such. Oh, what’s that? I don’t look old enough to have niece who’s in college? Why THANK you! 🙂 I’m lucky enough to have a niece who’s both smart and beautiful. Can you believe these eyes?! Looks like we got lucky with our gene pool on my hubby’s side. Congrats and good luck at Princeton, Maddie!

Blair & Ruth {Family}

I think it should be mandatory for every mom and daughter to do a photo session together. What fun memories! Blair came to me a couple months ago with this idea…both she and her mom needed headshots for various big life events, and they also thought it would be fun to do some shots of the two of them together before Blair moved away this summer. We {of course} got one of the hottest days yet for their shoot, but you would never know from looking at how much fun they were having. After getting all the formalities out of the way, we ended at a park where they played on the merry-go-round and swings like kids. LOVE seeing relationships like this between adult daughters and their moms. So, uh, Mom…let’s do this? K? 🙂

Mandilyn {Headshots}

About 4 years ago, I took Mandi’s senior photos in a junk yard, and I’m forever grateful that she trusted me and went with it, because they turned out fabulously!! Now, here she is a college graduate, getting started with her life. I was excited to take some headshots for a pageant she’ll be competing in soon. My camera loved her! Such a beautiful girl, and we got some beautiful shots. Best of luck Mandi!
